Installing and Authorizing an
Advanced Exam Simulator Practice Exam

Step 1 - Install the Advanced Exam Simulator Practice Exam

To install the advanced exam simulator, decompress the zip file to a location of your choosing.

Please Note: Some Practice Exams will have only an .exe extension - so there is no need to decompress them.

Double click the .exe file to initiate the install program. If the CD-ROM version was purchased; using Windows Explorer navigate to your CD-ROM drive and double click the .exe file from that location.

NOTE: Reboot the computer before proceeding to the next step.

ZIP NOTE: The Advanced Exam Simulator Practice Exam download may be compressed in Zip format. If you are unable to open files in this format, you can download the trial version of WinZip or PowerArchiver to decompress the file.

Step 2 - Read and Accept the License Agreement
Run the Advanced Exam Simulator. Read and accept the license agreement, click Yes to proceed.

Step 3 - Copy the Computer ID

Copy the Computer ID from the exam simulator program then using a Web Browser navigate to:

http://www.examsimulators.com/authorize/

Computer ID: Unique Code Generated by the Exam Simulator Program. Each Computer generates its own unique exam simulator computer ID.

Registration Information can only be used on the computer for which it was generated.

Step 4 - Paste the Required Information

Paste or type:

Your name
Receipt code
Computer ID

Into the corresponding input area's and click Generate.

The receipt code was given to you after your purchase.

The Computer ID is provided by the exam simulator program.

Step 5 - Print or Write down the Registration Information

Print or Write down the
Registration Information.

Note: If the Authorization code generation process fails, please e-mail your Name, Receipt Code and Computer ID to:

support1@examsimulators.com

And we will be happy to generate and e-mail an authorization code to you ASAP.

Step 6 - Copy or Paste the Registration Information

Copy or Paste the Registration Information into the corresponding input area's and click Ok.

Important: Enter the information EXACTLY as presented into the exam simulator. Entering preceding or trailing spaces may prevent the exam simulator from unlocking.

Step 7 - The Advanced Exam Simulator Has Been Successfully Installed
	The Advanced Exam Simulator Has Been Successfully Installed. Click OK to proceed to the Advanced Exam Simulator Main Screen.

Troubleshooting Invalid Authorization Numbers

If the Authorization Process fails:

Ensure that there are no spaces before or after your Name, Receipt Code, Computer ID, or any of the 3 authorization code boxes.
i.e. Bob Johnstone<space>

If you believe you may have added a space before or after your name when generating the authorization code, then DO enter the space into the exam simulator license box.

If you continue to have problems please e-mail your Name, Receipt Code and Computer ID to:

And we will be happy to generate and e-mail an authorization code to you ASAP.

The authorization algorithm requires that the registration information be entered EXACTLY as generated. Entering preceding or trailing spaces may prevent the exam simulator from unlocking.
