Ordering and Shipping Policies and Options Payment and Security Information Our secure online ordering system is provided by Clickbank. Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover are all accepted - Products are delivered within minutes of purchasing a product via the online ordering system. We accept Money Orders mailed to our office, products are shipped within 24Hrs - during normal business days, Monday - Friday, excluding major holidays. Shipping Information and Pricing International orders may incur addition shipping charges as well as duty and tax charges, contact us for more information on international shipping policies (outside North America). Contact your local government customs division for more information on tariffs, duties and taxes!
Electronic Shipments - No returns or exchanges will be accepted or refunds granted for products purchased for delivery via electronic download or for electronic activation once a registration key has been issued except under the terms & conditions of the Money Back Guarantee. We do not guarantee successful delivery via download. If the customer is unable to download the product successfully, she/he may have the product delivered via one of our alternative shipping methods. The customer is responsible for any/all shipping and handling charges. Mail or FedEx Shipments - ExamSimulators.com will accept unopened products for refund or exchange for up to 30 days from the date of purchase. No products will be accepted for refund or exchange once a registration key has been issued through the download process. If part of a package is returned or exchanged, the package price is forfeited and any products retained by the customer revert to their individual price. ExamSimulators.com will credit the remaining amount due. Shipping and handling charges will not be refunded. International Customers Information and Pricing All pricing on ExamSimulators.com's Web site are in United States Dollars. For exchange rate information consult your bank or other exchange rate information sources. If you use your credit card to purchase our products, you will be assured of getting the most current rate possible. Orders outside the USA may have an additional customs fee due upon receipt. Check with your country's Customs Office for information. Downloading is also an option for those who do not wish to receive a physical copy. Installing on Vista / Windows 7 (32-bit and 64-bit) All ExamSimulators.com products run natively on both Vista / Windows 7 32-bit and 64-bit. Installation Errors On the rare occasion an error may occur around a control (.dll or .ocx) similar to: "polarcrypto.dll is missing or incorrectly registered"

ExamSimulators will replace, exchange, or fully refund defective merchandise reported to the customer service department within 60 days of the date of purchase. Due to the nature of our products however, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges on any item for any other reason. How is my Credit Card Number Protected from Hackers? For maximum card security, all orders are sent directly to the banking network for immediate authorization. i.e. visa, mastercard etc... your credit card number is not stored on any of our servers or our credit card processing service's servers, so no hacker or system can get at your numbers. Can I install ExamSimulators software on more than one computer? Those seeking certification often need to study in multiple locations (i.e. at work and at home) and with multiple computers (i.e. laptop) so yes we do allow you to install ExamSimulators' software on multiple computers. We want to see you pass, and if you need to install on multiple computers - for your own use only - then we see no reason why you shouldn't (unlike most other certification prep companies). However... to protect the integrity and value of our products, our license agreement is very strict in its limitation of use by you and only you. Under the terms of our Single User License Agreement, you may not operate ExamSimulators software on more than one computer at a time. You and only you can install it on multiple computers if necessary. Though it should go without saying, you may not share ExamSimulators software with others in any form. To register the software on a second computer, use your original receipt code (the code you received when you purchase the product) and generate specific information for that computer. I Got An 'Unauthorized Authorization Code Generation Attempted', Why? When you purchase an ExamSimulators product, you can only generate a handful of Authorization Code (also called unlock codes). Other attempts will fail - this is to prevent the illegal sharing of software. If you are unable to unlock any products please contact us and we'd be glad to help. After installing the practice exam, I receive an error message; "Run time error '62' Input past end of file"? After installing the practice exam, I receive an error message; "Run time error '13'"? That problem occurs when you are using a non English version of windows or non-English Regional Settings. If you are using Windows 2000 professional you can change the Input locale under regional settings (and switch back a forth between your default language settings and English settings) If you are using another OS, you will have to install the English version to get it to function properly. Windows allows each application the use of a different language, For example the ExamSimulators.com practice exam can be using English, and a Word Processor can use another language. This error may also occur if you are running third party tools to adjust your system time or date format. Use Windows Regional Settings to adjust the time and date format to prevent this problem. For more information on changing your input locale, please search the Windows help file for "Input locale" I receive an error message; "SYSTEM ERROR &H80004005(-2147467259) UNSPECIFIED ERROR" when trying to run the practice exam? I receive an error message; "System Error &H8007007E (-2147024770). The specified module could not be found." when trying to run the practice exam? I receive an error message; "Failed to load control "Rich TextBox" from RICHTX32.OCX. Your version of RICHTX32.OCX may be outdated" when trying to run the practice exam? I receive an error message; "Failed to load control COMDLG32.OCX. Your version of COMDLG32.OCX may be outdated" when trying to run the practice exam? These errors often have to do with more than one .ocx or .dll file on your system (aka DLL Hell). Operating Systems work best when only one version of a given system file (.ocx, .dll, etc...) are installed at any one time. In most operating systems - Windows 95 and higher - ocx and dll files are stored in the %systemroot%\system32 folder. For example C:\WINNT\system32 or C:\windows\system32. The problem is fairly easy to resolve (especially for a budding IT professional):
If the above does not resolve the problem, there is probably more than one of the same .ocx controls (i.e. Richtx32.ocx, comdlg32.ocx etc...) on your system. To resolve that problem please do the following;
If the exam simulator will still not load, please reinstall the simulator to ensure proper .ocx registration.
