How is my Credit Card Number Protected from Hackers? For maximum card security, all orders are sent directly to the banking network for immediate authorization. i.e. Visa, MasterCard etc... YOUR CREDIT CARD NUMBER IS NOT STORED ON ANY OF OUR SERVERS OR OUR CREDIT CARD PROCESSING SERVICE'S SERVERS, SO NO HACKER OR SYSTEM CAN GET AT YOUR NUMBERS.   I tried to order, but my browser tells me that the security certificate has expired. Why? Our Credit Card Processor's (ClickBank) security certificate did not expired. The message is related to the configuration of your web browser. It only takes a few seconds to update your browser: First CLICK HERE. Choose "Open File" if you are asked, then "Accept" or "OK".  Close your browser, then restart it.  I got an 'UNAUTHORIZED DOWNLOAD ATTEMPT'. What Does This Mean? We have built in measures to prevent piracy. You are only allowed to download the product once. If you had a problem downloading or lost your connection etc... contact us, we'll be glad to help you.   I got an 'UNAUTHORIZED Authorization Code Generation ATTEMPTED', Why? When you purchase an exam simulator, you allowed to download it only once and generate a single Authorization Code. Other attempts will fail. If you have lost your authorization code, please contact us, we'll be glad to help you.

Product Installation Questions
After installing the practice exam, I receive an error message; "Run time error '62' Input past end of file"? After installing the practice exam, I receive an error message; "Run time error '13'"? That problem occurs when you are using a non English version of windows or non-English Regional Settings. If you are using Windows 2000 professional you can change the Input locale under regional settings (and switch back a forth between your default language settings and English settings) If you are using another OS, you will have to install the English version to get it to function properly. Windows 2000 Professional allows each application the use of a different language, For example the ExamSimulators.com practice exam can be using English, and a Word Processor can use another language. This error may also occur if you are running third party tools to adjust your system time or date format. Use Windows Regional Settings to adjust the time and date format to prevent this problem. For more information on changing your input locale, please search the Windows help file for "Input locale"   When trying to install the practice exam, I receive an error message; "Can't run 16-bit Windows program"? or 16-bit MS-DOS Subsystem path to the program that you are trying to start or install C:\Winnt\System32\config.nt The system file is not suitable for running MS-DOS and Microsoft Windows applications. Choose 'Close' to terminate the application. 16-bit MS-DOS Subsystem path to the program that you are trying to start or install config.nt The system file is not suitable for running MS-DOS and Microsoft Windows applications. (http://windowsupdate.microsoft.com) Windows 2000 Server and Windows 2000 Advanced Server users; Running the simulators install file from the system root (for example drive c:\), has been know to resolve the problem.   I receive an error message; "SYSTEM ERROR &H80004005(-2147467259) UNSPECIFIED ERROR" when trying to run the practice exam? I receive an error message; "System Error &H8007007E (-2147024770). The specified module could not be found." when trying to run the practice exam? I receive an error message; "Failed to load control "Rich TextBox" from RICHTX32.OCX. Your version of RICHTX32.OCX may be outdated" when trying to run the practice exam? I receive an error message; "Failed to load control COMDLG32.OCX. Your version of COMDLG32.OCX may be outdated" when trying to run the practice exam? These errors have to do with corrupt system files (VB runtime for example - MSVBVM60.DLL) or more than one ocx or dll on your system (DLL Hell) - Operating Systems only like one version of a given system file (ocx, dll, etc...) installed at any one time. In most operating systems - Windows 95 and higher - ocx and dll files are stored in the %systemroot%\system32  folder. For example C:\WINNT\system32 or C:\windows\system32. To resolve the problem: Click the Start menu > Run (the run dialog box will appear) then type (or copy and paste): regsvr32 "c:\windows\system32\richtx32.ocx"     and press Enter. You should get a message like telling you that the operation succeeded; If the above does not resolve the problem, there is probably more than one richtx32.ocx (or comdlg32.ocx) control on your system. To resolve that problem please do the following;   Search the c:\windows folder and all subfolders for all files named Richtx32.ocx. Right-click each file found, select properties, then the version tab. Note the version number. Delete all Richtx32.ocx files EXCEPT the newest version. ( NOTE: Windows May prevent you from deleting them. If this is the case you will have to boot to a command prompt and delete from there - please back them up to a diskette before deleting) Restart the computer. (This will ensure that Windows does not have any bad .ocx references in memory) If the exam simulator will still not load, please reinstall the simulator to ensure proper .ocx registration.

When I try to install it the practice exam, I received an error message; "The file is corrupt download again". How can I download the file and use the product? The file has become corrupt during the download process. Do The Exam Simulators Run Under Windows 2000 Professional and Windows XP? Yes they do!, They have been tested successfully under Windows 95, Windows 98, Windows 98SE, Windows ME, Windows NT 4.0, Windows 2000 Professional, Windows 2000 Server, Windows 2003 Server and Windows XP.   What is Computer Adaptive Testing (CAT)? Adaptive exams work differently than their tradition counterparts, as you move through an adaptive exam the next question is based on how you answered the previous question. If you answer correctly, the next question is harder; if you answer incorrectly it’s easier, therefore you cannot move backwards in an adaptive exam, and you cannot move forward until you choose a response.
